Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit or purchase products from www.troiskcustoms.co.uk, referred to as the “Site”.

Please read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to them.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or removes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

About Trois K Customs

Trois K Customs is a UK-based supplier of Caribbean inspired personalised gifts, thoughtful keepsakes and small-business printing ideas.

Business name: Trois K Customs
Website: www.troiskcustoms.co.uk
Email: troiskcustoms@gmail.com

Address: 66 Fulmar Lane, Wellingborough, Northants, NN8 4AF

Eligibility to place an order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order through the Site.

If you are placing an order on behalf of another person, business or organisation, you confirm that you have permission to do so.

Products and descriptions

I take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and prices are accurate.

Because many products are handmade or individually printed:

  • Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, printer, material or manufacturing batch.

  • The position, size or appearance of a design may vary slightly between products.

  • Handmade products may contain small variations that do not affect their purpose or overall quality.

  • Product images may be illustrative and may not show the exact scale of a design.

Reasonable variations are not normally considered faults. However, your product must still be of satisfactory quality, fit for its intended purpose and match its description.

Personalised products

A personalised product is an item made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you. This may include products featuring:

  • Names

  • Photographs

  • Dates

  • Personal messages

  • Logos

  • Business information

  • Custom colours or themes

  • Customer-supplied artwork

  • Bespoke layouts or designs

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate personalisation details when placing your order.

Please check all names, dates, spellings, measurements, quantities, photographs and other instructions carefully. Information will normally be reproduced exactly as supplied.

Trois K Customs is not responsible for an error in the finished product where:

  • The incorrect information was supplied by you; or

  • The finished product accurately matches a proof that you approved.

This does not apply where the error was introduced by Trois K Customs or where the product does not match the agreed order.

Photographs and customer-supplied artwork

You are responsible for ensuring that photographs, logos, wording, designs and other material you provide:

  • Are of suitable quality for printing;

  • Do not infringe another person’s copyright, trade mark or other intellectual-property rights;

  • Do not breach anyone’s privacy;

  • Are not unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory or offensive; and

  • May legally be reproduced for your order.

If you provide a photograph or personal information relating to another person, including a child, you confirm that you have the necessary authority or permission to use it.

Trois K Customs may refuse or cancel an order containing material that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory or believed to infringe another person’s rights. If an order is cancelled for this reason before production begins, any appropriate refund will be issued.

Image quality

The quality of a printed photograph or design depends on the quality and resolution of the file provided.

Where possible, I may contact you if an image appears unsuitable. However, I cannot guarantee that every issue with a low-resolution, blurred, dark, cropped or compressed image will be identified before production.

If you choose to proceed after being warned about image quality, the resulting limitations will not normally be treated as a product fault, provided the item has been produced with reasonable care and skill.

Design service

Where a design service is included, the agreed price covers the design work or revisions described in the product listing or quotation.

Additional revisions, substantial changes to the original instructions or requests made after approval may incur an additional charge. Any additional cost will be explained and agreed before the extra work is completed.

Unless otherwise agreed, purchasing a finished personalised product does not include ownership of the editable design file, template or working files used to create it.

Proofs and approval

A digital proof may be provided for certain personalised products.

If a proof is supplied:

  • Production will not normally begin until you approve it.

  • You must check all wording, spelling, dates, photographs, colours and layout.

  • Approval confirms that the proof is correct and ready for production.

  • Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs.

  • Changes may not be possible once printing or production has begun.

A proof is intended to show the design and layout. Screen colours may not exactly match the final printed product.

Any estimated completion or dispatch time may begin from the date the proof is approved, not the date the original order was placed.

Delays in approving a proof will sometimes affect the completion or delivery date.

Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

The total price, including applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a genuine error, I may contact you before accepting or processing the order. You may choose to pay the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. If no period is stated, the quotation will normally remain valid for 14 days.

A quotation may be revised if:

  • The order details or quantity change;

  • Additional design work is requested;

  • New information affects the work required; or

  • Material, delivery or supplier costs change before the order is accepted.

Placing an order

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your basket.

An automatic order acknowledgement confirms that the order has been received. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when I confirm acceptance of the order or begin design, sourcing or production work, whichever happens first.

I may decline or cancel an order where:

  • A product or material is unavailable;

  • Payment has not been authorised;

  • There is an obvious pricing or description error;

  • The personalisation request cannot reasonably be completed;

  • The order contains prohibited material; or

  • Delivery to the requested location is unavailable.

If I cancel an order after payment and no alternative is agreed, you will receive a refund for the cancelled item.

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing.

Full payment is normally required before design, sourcing or production begins.

Payments may be processed by Wix and the relevant payment provider, including PayPal where available. Trois K Customs does not directly store your complete card or PayPal login details.

You are responsible for ensuring that your billing and payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Processing and production times

Processing times vary according to the product, order quantity, personalisation requirements and time of year.  Standard processing times are 7 working days however this may be extended during extremely busy times and seasonal.

Processing time does not include delivery time.

Any completion or dispatch date provided before all information and proof approval have been received is an estimate only.

If a specific date is essential, such as a birthday, funeral, wedding, holiday or event, you must provide that date before placing the order and receive confirmation that it can be accommodated.

Submitting an event date does not guarantee delivery by that date unless I have expressly agreed to it.

Delivery

Available delivery methods and charges will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before payment.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order has to be resent because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

Orders will be delivered within the agreed timeframe as stated on the delivery otion you have selected. Our standard delivery window is 2-4 days after despatch, this may vary at busy periods for the chosen courier and at seasonally busy times such as Christmas.

If delivery within an agreed essential timeframe becomes impossible, you may have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund under applicable consumer law.

Trois K Customs remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you nominated to receive them. If you independently arrange for a carrier not offered by Trois K Customs, responsibility may pass to you when the goods are handed to that carrier.

Delivery delays and missing orders

Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside my reasonable control.

If your order is delayed, please contact troiskcustoms@gmail.com so that the delivery can be investigated.

If an order is confirmed as lost before delivery to you, I will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

Where an order is required for a particular date, please contact me as soon as you become aware of a delay.

Checking your order

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, contact troiskcustoms@gmail.com with:

  • Your name and order number;

  • A description of the problem;

  • Clear photographs of the product;

  • Photographs of the packaging where the parcel was damaged; and

  • Any other information reasonably needed to assess the issue.

Reporting a problem promptly helps me investigate it, but this request does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.

Do not dispose of a damaged or faulty item until you have been advised whether it needs to be returned.

Cancellations and change-of-mind returns

Personalised or custom-made products

The usual 14-day cancellation right for online purchases does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Personalised products cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you changed your mind, entered incorrect information or no longer require the item.

You may contact me immediately to request a cancellation. If design, sourcing or production has not begun, I may agree to cancel the order. This is offered at my discretion and does not create an ongoing right to cancel personalised orders.

The personalised-product exception does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not match the agreed personalisation.

Non-personalised products

For eligible non-personalised products purchased online, you normally have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell me that you wish to cancel.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. You must take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession.

A refund may be reduced where handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop has reduced the product’s value.

Where cancellation rights apply, refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first.

The original standard delivery charge will be refunded. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or express delivery option does not have to be refunded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality;

  • Fit for their usual purpose and any particular purpose agreed before purchase; and

  • As described.

If a product does not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances and how much time has passed.

Consumers generally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. After that period, the usual first remedy is a repair or replacement.

Where goods are properly rejected because they are faulty, incorrect or not as described, Trois K Customs will bear the reasonable cost of returning them.

Personalised products remain protected by these rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

The time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

A refund will not be refused solely because you no longer have the original packaging. However, proof of purchase may be requested.

Care instructions and product use

You must follow any care, washing, cleaning, storage or safety instructions supplied with the product.

Trois K Customs is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Misuse or accidental damage;

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Failure to follow care instructions;

  • Dishwasher or microwave use where the item is not described as suitable;

  • Use of unsuitable cleaning products;

  • Exposure to excessive heat, sunlight or moisture;

  • Alteration or repair by someone else; or

  • Use for a purpose for which the product was not designed.

This does not affect your rights where the product itself was faulty or relevant instructions were inadequate.

Handmade and printed finishes

Small variations can occur in handmade, sublimated, vinyl-applied or individually printed products.

These may include minor differences in:

  • Colour or shade;

  • Print placement;

  • Pattern positioning;

  • Material texture; and

  • The dimensions of handmade elements.

Such variations will not be treated as faults where they are reasonable, do not materially affect the product and the item still matches its description.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site and all original designs created by Trois K Customs, including photographs, graphics, text, product layouts, templates and branding, belong to Trois K Customs or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute or commercially use this content without written permission.

Customer-supplied photographs, logos and artwork remain the property of their respective owners. You grant Trois K Customs permission to use supplied material only as reasonably necessary to process and fulfil your order.

I will not publish photographs or personalised products for promotional purposes without permission where doing so would identify an individual or reveal private information.

Reviews and customer photographs

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial or photograph for publication, you grant Trois K Customs permission to display it on the Site and relevant marketing channels.

Where practical, you may ask for future use to stop by contacting troiskcustoms@gmail.com or whatsapp on 07591294088. This may not require the removal of printed material already produced or content already lawfully published and shared.

Personalised order content will not automatically be treated as promotional content merely because it was supplied to fulfil an order.

Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Trois K Customs Privacy Policy available on the Site.

Please review that policy for information about what data is collected, why it is used, how long it is retained and your data-protection rights.

Events outside reasonable control

I will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control, such as severe weather, postal disruption, supplier failure, power or internet outages, transport disruption or government restrictions.

I will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take appropriate steps to minimise the effect of the delay.

This section does not remove any legal right you may have to cancel where delivery by an agreed date was essential or where performance becomes impossible.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  • Breach of your statutory consumer rights.

Trois K Customs is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of breaching these Terms and Conditions or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

Trois K Customs is not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.

For consumer purchases, products are supplied for personal and domestic use unless otherwise agreed. If you use a consumer product for commercial purposes, Trois K Customs is not responsible for business losses such as lost profits, lost sales or interruption to business, except where the law does not permit that exclusion.

Business and white-label orders

If you purchase products wholly or mainly for business, resale or white-labelling purposes, you are acting as a business customer rather than a consumer.

Consumer cancellation rights do not apply to business purchases. Any cancellation, return, storage, fulfilment, design-ownership or white-label arrangements will be governed by the written quotation, invoice or separate agreement supplied for that order.

Nothing in this section excludes any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with an order or service, please contact:

Email: troiskcustoms@gmail.com

Include your order number, a clear explanation of the issue and the outcome you are seeking.

I will aim to acknowledge your complaint promptly and work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you will retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts where permitted.

Changes to these terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated to reflect changes to products, services, business practices or legal requirements.

The version applying to your order will normally be the version in force when your order was placed.
